Various Gold Coast venues will offer different packages which can include a five hour reception, pre-dinner drinks and canapés, dinner and dessert, tables and chairs along with covers and the colour ribbon of our choice to go around the chairs, napkins, a DJ for the entire night, a guest list display, a cake table and they will also cut and serve the cake for you. Packages will vary depending on the cost.
The majority of wedding venues on the coast will have similar packages available and with an onsite coordinator. If not, how about enlisting the services of a professional coordinator if you don’t feel like asking family and friends to help out and of course both you and your fiancé!
Closer to the day
Prior to your wedding day you will have a chance to work out your floor plan and decide where your guests will be seated and how you’d like the tables to be set up – this will be particularly important especially if you have family members who would want to avoid each other!
